Marketing Coordinator

What will you do:
Film, edit, and publish engaging videos tailored to the Triple V audience that align with brand and social media policy
Create, manage, and grow content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Develop and execute successful social media and traditional marketing strategies to grow awareness and increase follower engagement
Run paid advertisement campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive participation in programs and events
Provide monthly analytics reports on campaign and content performance, identifying trends and actionable insights
Optimize content for SEO, including hashtags, keywords, and video titling best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and graphics
Write compelling and mission-aligned copy for social posts, captions, and website updates
Contribute photography and videography support for events and special projects
Represent Triple V’s values and mission in all content and communications
Assist with additional special projects as needed
Ensure all work follows organizational and client-facing safety policies and procedures
- Content Creation: Strong skills in photography, videography, and storytelling for digital platforms
Marketing Experience: Background in both traditional marketing and digital media strategy
Advertisement Campaigns: Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
SEO and Analytics: Comfortable analyzing performance data and adapting strategies based on SEO, engagement, and conversion trends
Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Copywriting: Able to write clearly and creatively for diverse audiences
Web Design: Experience with website updates or design is a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred
2+ years experience managing marketing campaigns and creating video content (YouTube experience preferred)
Proven track record of growing followers and engagement on social platforms
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Adobe Premiere
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current trends and algorithm best practices
- Onsite, Indoor office setting, as well as fieldwork for video projects
- Frequent use of office equipment including computer, keyboard, and mouse
- Occasional travel to schools - travel is reimbursed
- Top-tier Health, Dental, and Vision 99% paid by Triple V (Employee only)

- Rate: $24-26/hr
