Are you a detail-loving multitasker who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly? Triple V is looking for an Administrative Manager to be the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting projects, people, and processes—keeping us focused, efficient, and mission-aligned.What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to for admin support: handle calls, emails, scheduling, and clerical duties
- Invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting (AP/AR)
- Help Program and Development Directors with projects, processes, and manage communications
- Assist with HR admin—reviewing documents, tracking training, and onboarding tasks
- Maintain organized file systems, tracking team analytics/reporting, and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and office inventory
- Communicating with businesses on behalf of Triple V [partnerships, leasing office, etc]
- Helping track team analytics and reporting
- Scheduling orders, pick ups, deliveries, etc
- Time management, critical thinking, and communication
- Process refinement
- Jump in on special projects and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Represent Triple V’s values in every interaction
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Top-notch attention to detail and time management
- Great communication and active listening abilities
- Comfort working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt and problem-solve on the fly
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work across varied communities
- Degree or coursework in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in administrative or operations-type roles
- Nonprofit or mission-driven experience is a plus
- Experience working with different technologies and flexibility to work within a growth environment
