Triple V (https://www.triple3v.org/) is seeking an AI Product Manager for a direct hire position in the La Jolla area. This is an onsite role with operations Tuesday through Saturdays, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Who we are:

Through our scholarship opportunities, mentorships, and leadership summits, we help motivate students while celebrating their successes. Unlike many other student advocacy organizations that solely focus on academics, we spotlight a variety of fields, including the performing arts and entrepreneurship.

What are the AI Product Manager's Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and management of an AI chatbot product, including dialogue flow design, content generation, interaction logic design, as well as the deployment and evaluation of large language models.
Profound understanding social networks and instant messenger product
Research and design technologies related to natural language processing and machine learning to continuously improve the performance and user experience of the dialogue system.
Understand the technical principles and potential of large language models.
Participate in the evaluation and optimization of the dialogue system.

Candidates should have:

Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, psychology, or other related fields.
Three (3) or more years of experience in AI Product Management.
Proficiency in Product Design Tools such as Axure, Xmind, Visio, and Sketch is required.
Ability to create high-quality PRD (Product Requirements Document) documents and product prototypes is essential.
Familiar with technologies related to natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. Relevant project experience is a plus.
Familiar with the product functions and logic of chat tools, instant messaging, and social software, preferably with relevant experience.
Development experience with tools like Python, PHP, and JavaScript is helpful but not required.
Experience working with offshore or remote teammates is a plus.
Passionate, with strong learning and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of psychology or experience with dialogue systems is preferred.
Good communication skills and team spirit, able to proactively solve problems.
Bilingual Mandarin/Chinese preferred.

What will your work environment be:

Onsite, Indoor office setting.
Frequent use of office equipment, including computer, keyboard, and mouse.
Occasional travel as needed (less than 10%) - travel is reimbursed.
