Triple V (https://www.triple3v.org/) is seeking a Stewardship & Compliance Coordinator for a direct hire position in the La Jolla area. This is an onsite role with operations Tuesdays through Saturdays, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Overview:
This Stewardship & Compliance Coordinator role will focus on donor stewardship, nonprofit governance and compliance, and strengthening relationships with funders. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit regulations, grant writing, and donor relations, ensuring effective communication and engagement strategies.

- Assist in maintaining donor stewardship initiatives to build and sustain relationships with funders
- Ensure nonprofit governance and compliance with legal and ethical fundraising standards
- Assist in tracking donor interactions and contributions, ensuring timely follow-ups and acknowledgments
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for funders on organizational impact and financial stewardship
- Support the development of donor recognition programs and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with the development team to refine fundraising best practices and compliance measures
- Two to three (2-3) experience in nonprofit donor stewardship, compliance, or fundraising
- Strong understanding of nonprofit governance and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills for donor engagement and impact reporting
- Ability to manage donor relationships and ensure consistent stewardship efforts
- Familiarity with donor CRM systems (e.g., Bloomerang) is a plus
- Onsite, Indoor office setting
- Frequent use of office equipment, including computer, keyboard, and mouse
- Physical Demands – Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at a time; ability to remain stationary for extended periods; push, pull, and bend as necessary
- Occasional travel to events or networking with prospects - travel is reimbursed
